According to Solid Försäkring’s Board’s dividend policy, the Company intends to pay an annual dividend corresponding to at least 50 percent of the profit for the year from, and including, the financial year 2022. The dividend policy is conditional on the target regarding the solvency capital requirement ratio and that no major acquisitions are made.
