The corporate governance of Solid Försäkring is based on Swedish legislation, in particular the Swedish Companies Act and the Rule Book for Issuers issued by Nasdaq Stockholm.
Solid Försäkring applies the regulations of the Swedish Corporate Governance Code (the “Code”). Deviations from the regulations of the Code are described and justified in the Corporate Governance Report.
